Functions
At the Kalamunda, we strive to make every event the very best we can.
Our private function spaces can cater for up to 200 people cocktail style and up to 100 guests seated. Our function spaces can accommodate a variety of occasions including birthday celebrations, children's parties, work meetings, weddings and any other special function.
We offer a range of facilities to make your event special including food packages and presentation facilities. Back Courtyard
The Back Courtyard offers an outdoor space that accommodates up to 100 guests cocktail style. It is an open area and is not closed off.
Front Courtyard
Accommodating up to 60 guests, the Front Courtyard is the ideal outdoor location to celebrate any special occasion. It is a non-smoking area located on the right side of the courtyard. Please note, the Front Courtyard is an open area and is not closed off.
Function Bar
The Function Bar is located on the first floor of Kalamunda Hotel and features a large screen TV. This space can accommodate up to 150 guests cocktail style. It is ideal for birthdays, sundowners and other social gatherings.
Upstairs Balcony
On the first floor of the hotel, the Upstairs Balcony can be hired in conjunction with the Function Bar. It is suitable for long table lunches and dinners, and offers plenty of sunshine.
Boardroom
The Boardroom is ideal for meetings and seminars, though can be rented out for other events as well. It is located on the first floor with a large screen TV available. The Boardroom can accommodate up to 15 people for a sit-down meal, and up to 30 people conference style.
Ballroom
The Ballroom, situated on the first floor of the hotel, can accommodate up to 110 guests cocktail style and is suitable for seminars, birthdays, weddings, quiz nights and other social events. We have a projector available, and can adjust the seating layout as required depending on your event.
